South Chase has their own software to make your building process simple.
The program has all of the products you need to pick for building your home,
all the way from light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, to door knobs and hinges.
It allows the customer to pick what they want in their home and gives an automatic price,
along with a picture of the product to take home with them. It just doesn't get any easier.

Once you have decided on the floor plan you want,
you will meet with one of our staff and make all of your selections for your home.
Then, sit back, relax and let us do the rest.
